80% of colicky babies using BornFree® ActiveFlow™ bottles showed a significant reduction in colic symptoms within one week!
A new clinical study concludes that using BornFree® bottles effectively reduces colic symptoms in babies.
The study "Examination of the effect of BornFree® ActiveFlow™ baby bottles on infant colic" compared the observed symptoms of healthy newborns (2-21 weeks) who had been defined as having colic symptoms such as:
- Baby crying
- Baby folding legs in direction of the stomach
- Baby frowning, showing discomfort
- Baby’s face color changing to red
- Baby clenching fists
- Baby looks in pain
- Baby suffering sudden pain spasms
A group of babies were switched to BornFree® bottles while another group continued feeding with other baby bottles.
Within 7 days a significant improvement was observed in 80% of the babies in the BornFree® group– significantly less crying, less irritability, less fist clenching and other colic symptoms.
A further improvement was observed in babies one week after. No change was observed in the other group.
